Standard US domestic shipping is FREE on orders over $200.

In general, shipments are in transit for 2-4 days after leaving our facility. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

All items will be shipped generally within 3-5 business days from the receipt of payment. Delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri except Holidays).

Return Policy

At Rain of May, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the following policy:

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to denial.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please log into your Rain of May account and submit a return request. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed once we approve or deny your request.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund minus the 10% restocking fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@rainofmay.com.
